Thursdays, 4:00 - 6:00pm

Items Needed:

à         Picture ID – a Must (driver’s license, Passport, etc.)

à         Proof of address in Clayton County (utility bill or Lease is best)

à         Proof of Income (pay stub, disability letters, Social Security Letter, etc.)

à         Food Stamp letter (if you have one)

à         Social Security Card or ID Card for Children (We DO NOT record numbers)

à         One visit per month
